Man Utd Priced Out Of £40m David Villa Move?

Manchester United are reportedly unable to meet Valencia’s £30-£40 million asking price for their star striker David Villa, despite the Spanish hitman admitting that Old Trafford would be his preferred destination should he move to England.
The Guardian are reporting this morning that United have had to pass on the chance to sign Villa due to the financial regulations placed on Sir Alex Ferguson by United’s incumbent owners – The Glazer family – as they nurse the club’s monolithic £700 million debt.
The solution to this predicament you ask? Well it seems fairly simple to me.
Offload Berbatov, Anderson, Foster, Owen and maybe even Carrick, couple all the cash raised with any left over Ronaldo change and Villa’s your uncle!
Whatever United pay, he will be worth it.

But neways would it be practical to pay 40 million for a 28-29 year old striker..
Ofcourse he is in great form.. But I’d rather prefer a Karim Benzema over Villa…

No, Carrick is a bag of shite, he needs to go. He’s done shit all this season and apart from the occasional okay game in previous seasons, hes not been good at all.
40 mil is way too high for Villa in my opinion. Way too expensive.
Sell Carrick, keep Anderson, don’t pay so much for Villa.
They need to buy Villa though. Rooney can’t scoe goals on his own. Every time he’s been injured we have hardly scored any goals. Maybe if Villa were in the champions league team against bayern then we could have won. We could and should have bought him earlier.
United should buy benzema because he is much younger and will therefore improve no end. Just like ronaldo and Rooney.
Berbatov should go for £15 million
Benzema should come for £25 million
Villa is awesome but the £30 million summer budget won’t be sufficient so the best bet would be to sell Anderson for £20 million, sell Berbatov for £20 million and then do a joint deal with Valencia to bring both David Villa and David Silva to Old Trafford for an enormous £60 million transfer deal. Then that shocker Ben Foster should definately be sold along with Tom Kuszczak to hopefully raise another £10 million on top of the leftover £10 million to then fund summer moves for Hugo Lloris of Lyon and Igor Akinfeev of CSKA Moskow at around £10 million each.
Just do a simple Joint deal worth around £50 million with Valencia to bring in both David Villa and his mate David Silva to the theatre of dreams. Then just sell Dimitar Berbatov and Oliviera Anderson and Zoran Tosic and Gab Obertan. That should then fund the Villa Silva deal. Throw in Hugo Lloris and Jack Rodwell and Dan Gosling using the Summer budget and that’s about it.
We need sell to barbatov and carrick to any club that ask of them in any amount and add money to it buy villa,benzema and silva,i believe signing this three player’s will be okay for the team.and with this three signing there is going to be a great changes in the team.with all this i dnt think there is any club in England that can beat us.we need to work hard on signing good players and sir should make sure he dump barbatov,he is our big problem this season
Sir,should go on in signing bale and his team mate luca modric.we have to get someone to relief Evra which is bale.modric would be a good replacement to that of carrick and his a young player that still have long way to go in football.i don’t see anything wrong in signing more than 4 or 5 players ,if there is money the should sign 5 player’s or more .but if there is no money the have to sign bale,silva and benzema and forget every other player.we will be okey with the two

I think u should sell jhonney evans for 10 mil,berbatov for 20 mil,anderson 15 mil,foster 11 mil,michal carric 20 mil and owen 45 mil.which makes 121 mil and sell je sung park for 20 mil and that will make 141 mil so we can buy cristiano ronaldo for 100 mil and david villa for 35 mil and were left with 6 mil.
