If tomorrow’s Arsenal v Man Utd clash offers one tenth of the entertainment of this amazing FA Cup match, I’ll be a happy man. I still don’t think I’ve seen a more pulsating game in this country. Two teams – and bitter, bitter rivals, as they were, and still are – at the very top of their game, with United going for the impossible Treble. Arsenal should have knocked Man Yoo out but Peter Schmeichel played the hero in added time (after Phil Neville gave away a penalty, as is his wont), only for Ryan Giggs to score a goal which still makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand to attention. Oh, and Roy Keane got sent off. Electric stuff.

Great game! Bet if Henry had been bought before that semi he’d have score some of the chances aresenal missed. Watch out for steve Mclaren cheering at the end from the Man Utd dug out. But why didn’t overmars or anelka take the penalty with Bergkamp’s record and schemichaels brilliance.

there’s a gorilla on the pitch, he thinks it’s all over….oh, its giggs. it is now!
fond memories of this game in one of the greatest season’s in modern british football (along with the crazy antics of the champions league final)

giggs has never been the same after that. probably something to do with the abuse he got for having that “thing” hanging off his chest
