White really makes my tan pop…
Holy crapola! According to the BBC, Manchester United have accepted an £80m bid from Real Madrid for Cristiano Ronaldo. And about time too.
“United have agreed to give Real Madrid permission to talk to the player,” a statement from the English champions stated.
The statement added that the decision came at the player’s request after he “again expressed his desire to leave”.
The offer is unconditional and United expect the deal to be concluded by 30 June.
Wowsa, this is big-ass news, if not totally unexpected - I bet the internet catches fire now, literally. More to follow, naturally…
What’s your immediate reaction, folks?

Who knows with Madrid mate. It’s pretty much a state-run club, it seems.

  3. Louwrens says:

Kinda overshadows Kaka’s world-record move. He must be pretty bummed now, knowing that they value Ronaldo that much more than him.

  4. Joao says:

Kaka’s was not a world-record move man, Zidane was

  5. Louwrens says:

In pounds Kaka was a record, it’s hard to compare I suppose.

  6. Joao says:

ah, maybe. In € its something like:
    Cristiano Ronaldo – 93M
    Zinedine Zidane – 76M
    Kaká – 65M
    Luís Figo – 61M
