… According to Spanish rag Marca, anyway - but then Marca is the mouthpiece of Real Madrid, so it’s pretty much what you’d expect to hear.
But I have to say Marca sounds very confident that the deal is already done (for around €35m), and also that it will be announced in the next 24 hours. Still, I take anything Marca says with a large pinch of salt.
If Marca is right, this would be disappointing news for Man Utd and Arsenal, and yet another sign of the power shift from the Prem’s big four to La Liga’s big two.

Has someone brought this to Blatter’s attention that a corrupt Spanish football team, which gets money from its own government is spending a fortune of evey player going….or is he too busy moaning about English clubs spending money??? A bit of the Platini bias is infecting Mr Blatter I think!!!

    @ JSP
You know it doesnt count when its not an English club. It makes my blood boil that we are chucking out struggling local clubs out of the league for pennies they owe while Real and others pile up the debt with no hope of paying it back from the clubs books.
    Its sickening.

  3. Nothing to fear or to worry about the failure of capturing the signature of Karim Benzema,we still have a time…. ! Wenger buy Huntelaar.

Sorry Man-U fans you better start throwing your support behind Nani, your team is looking decidedly second rate now.
Succeed or fail the Real Madrid circus is now must watch TV.
