Will new Man Utd signing Antonio Valencia be an Old Trafford hero or a Fergie flop?

Valencia is a good player with pace, skill and, crucially, solid Premier League experience at Wigan. And at 23, he’s younger than Cristiano Ronaldo, the man who he replaces – not directly - at United.
But will Valencia turn out to be a Kanchelskis or a Kleberson? Check out some video evidence and vote after the jump..

  1. Valencia is a great signing for Man Utd. What a player

  2. hollis says:

3 goals in 31 appearances for Wigan?
Matty Etherington had a near identical goalscoring record at West Ham and went to Stoke for an eigth of Valencia’s fee.
I’d pick Valencia over Etherington, but not for 16mil. Sir Alex paid about double what Valencia’s worth.
