Because of the poor fiscal management and utter neglect from the ex Rangers chairman, our main aim is to reach the last 16. In years gone by, I would have been very confident of Rangers progressing, but not now. The best news Rangers had yesterday, was that David Murray has left our club and won’t return.
If we get through the group stages, we’ll have done well. I wish all the other British teams well in the tournament as well.

Only comment I want to make is why it says British clubs in bold and it is only the English Clubs in Bold. Last time I checked, Rangers were a British Club???

united has the hardest group by far. cska will provide a stern test for them aswell as travellng to turkey to face a hostile atmosphere rounded off with a tough opponent in wolfsburg.arsenal easily has the best group of the lot.

Arsenal’s lucky to get the easiest of the draws (relatively). Chelsea’s is a pretty hard group. Porto and Atletico are no joke.
United got a very tricky draw. Granted, they won’t get knocked out – but Wolfsburg are a pretty solid side, playing Besiktas away in the world’s loudest stadium is going to be daunting, and CSKA away in the freezing Russian winter will be difficult too. They’ll win comfortably in Old Trafford though.
Liverpool have to play both Fiorentina and Lyon. Lyon are not really a spent force like Joe said, but completely revitalized after a blip last season.
Rangers or Stuttgart will come second in their group, which Sevilla will top.
The most daunting group in my opinion is Group A. Bayern, Bordeaux and Juve! Maccabi Haifa will get ripped apart!
