When asked about his reported intrest in nabbing Samir Nasri from Arsenal this summer at a presser ahead of Manchester United’s pre-season tour of Yankland, Sir Alex Ferguson put the kibosh on the tittle-tattle, claiming that Nasri has another suitor lined up:

“I don’t think he is coming to United. That is all I can tell you. I think he has agreed to go somewhere else.”

Well, what do you make of all that then? Assuming S’ralex isn’t talking complete cobblers, just where could it be that Nasri has already ‘agreed to go’?

Personally, we give it a fortnight until Nasri is being unveiled in the press lounge at Carrington – that’s the way these things tend to work.
