If Juventus is thrown out of Serie A, will Patrick Vieira return to England?

If the prosecutors in Italy’s football corruption trial have their way, Juventus faces a six-point penalty
at the start of next season in Serie C (Italy’s third division) and the revocation of the Serie
A championships it won in 2004/05 and 2005/06. Ouch.
If Juve are demoted (it could happen), I couldn’t see its big stars (such as Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Patrick Vieira and Gianluigi Buffon) hanging around for long. I’m sure Vieira in particular would love to play in England again – I’m equally sure that after his impressive performances in the World Cup, several big English clubs (not to mention Celtic and Rangers) would jump at the chance to sign him. I hear the sound of Premiership chequebooks being opened…
