Serie A is back, but without some of the fans

Italian football returned yesterday following the death of a policeman at the match between Catania and Palermo last week. Four fixtures were played behind closed doors and tight restrictions were in place at other matches. Milan‘s match at the San Siro against Livorno was open only to season-ticket holders. Here are highlights of one of the ghost matches between Chievo and Inter. Top-flight football with all the atmosphere of a park kickabout.

Not a bad pub game – Adriano’s goal was top class.

Indeed, Visser. I’m sure there would be a better atmosphere at the park if they were scoring goals like that!
