Lukas Podolski ‘Attacks’ Journalist After Argentina Defeat
By Chris Wright

“In the red corner, weighing in at 150 pounds”
After Germany’s defeat at the hands of Argentina in Munich last night, a journalist’s flippant criticism sparked an altercation with Lukas Podolski as the striker made his way to the dressing rooms.
DSF reporter Christian Ortlepp apparently incensed Podolski by quipping with typical German frivolity;
“That wasn’t your best outing in a German shirt. Your best actions probably took place during the warm-up”
Words that clearly riled the FC Köln forward, who retaliated by yelling;
“You have a big mouth with all your journalist friends around you, but I’d like to see you coming to my door. Bring it on”
Podolski then attempted to push Ortlepp in the face but missed.
Charming.
