Firstly I'm biased and I think Chelsea will win it again. Second I have a sneaky suspicion that Sheffield United may avoid the drop so I'd pencil them in for 17th. I think its pretty rare that all 3 new teams go back down. I also think its time that either Fulham or Portsmouth go down, they both flirt with relegation annually and I think this will be the year for at least one of them.
