I’ve never understood why Derbyshire is pronounced DARbyshire. Or Derby itself as Darby. Do you also pronounce decided as DAcided? Or Delicious as DAlicious? Man, you guys made English, you should learn how to spoken it!

The protocol is already there, play the whistle. If the ref doesn’t think that game needs to stop then neither should you, just carry on.
Leave them there until there is a natural break in play.
