Luca Toni’s transfer fee is starting to look like the best €11 million Bayern Munich have ever spent. The Italian’s six goals just eight games into the Bundesliga season have sent Bayern top with a four-point cushion. He scored his latest goal in the 0-1 win against Bayer Leverkusen at the weekend. He is pictured above taking in Munich’s famous Oktoberfest with Miroslav Klose and Franck Ribery.

GOAL-FEST ALERT! Check out Werder Bremen’s hard-fought 8-1 victory over Arminia Bielefeld. It’s just like watching Portsmouth!

It’s not Embarass Klose and Ribery Day on Pies, we promise, but check out what happened when the decided to ditch the lederhosen and get new tailor-made suits.

I see Ribery there enjoying a nice beer like all good Muslims. What next did they make him eat a bacon and sauerkraut butty ?

Not trying to downplay Toni’s achievements, but I think Klose’s 8 goals (and 4 assists) might have helped a little, too.. ;)
