Saturday
Sheffield United v Chelsea (12.45pm) I hope the Blades make a game of it, but I can’t see anything other than a big Chelsea win. 0:4
Arsenal v Everton
(3pm) Arsenal are back in top gear and should have enough to see if Everton if they get the first goal. 2:0
Bolton v Manchester United (3pm) Fergie might think his side are coming of age but I still think they will find Bolton’s physical approach tricky. The Trotters have some notable absentees though. 1:1
Fulham v Wigan (3pm) Both sides are missing Jimmy Bullard, but Fulham have been coping better. A close one. 1:0

This week’s Premiership predictions continued

Saturday continued
Liverpool v Aston Villa (3pm) Villa are faltering after a great start and Liverpool have never got going. Should be a good match. 2:2
Portsmouth v Reading (3pm) Pompey’s in-form strike force should secure the three points. 2:0
Watford v Tottenham (3pm) I can’t see Watford getting their first win in this one. A narrow Spurs win. 0:1
Newcastle v Charlton (5.15pm) The Magpies to put Iain Dowie’s future in more doubt. 3:1

Sunday
West Ham v Blackburn (4pm) Although Blackburn have been flying, West Ham might be able to stop the rot in this one. 1:1

Monday
Manchester City v Middlesbrough (8pm) Who knows what you are going to get from these two? Both sides are hit and miss, so I’ll go for a draw! 2:2
