After being admitted to Intensive Care on Friday morning with heavy gastrointestinal bleeding, Brazilian legend Socrates (officially the coolest man to ever grace the footballing sphere) posted this photo of him up and about earlier today, along with the following message:
“I’m great. The first two days were extremely mad, but my progress is excellent, I’m doing physiotherapy now. I think I will be home by the weekend … I wanted to leave a big kiss to everyone who prayed… I will not give up the fight.”
