Magpies’ boss Alain Du Pardew is no stranger to losing his temper, is he? Coming only weeks after the angry boss verbally abused Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini, Pardew has gone one step further, by actually headbutting an opposition player! The Newcastle boss was sent off for the offence and surely the question now is – will he keep his job at St. James’ Park?

Of course you cannot condone his actions, but it was pretty handbag stuff.

8 game touchline ban, 30 grand fine

  2. C says:

If UEFA was in charge, he’d get headshot at the nearest square. Or an angry email. You never know with those corrupt bastards…

  3. Ed says:

Good on Pardew. He was shoved out of the way by Hull thug. Don’t blame Alan for retaliating. No doubt the press and that twat on Sky, Jeff Sterling? will show show the head gesture but not the push by Meyler. It was aggressive and provocative, he had no call to do it.
Alan should be let off and Mryler banned for rest of season.

    Ed you haven’t a clue, you weren’t there…
Pardew stepped across Meyler (who happens to be a very nice fella) and he pushes him yes but it isn’t right for Pardew to obstruct the flow of the game.

Pardew should be fined and banned but high punishments are needed in football for all forms of violent conduct!

he should’ve called him a racial slur. would’ve gotten off for certain
