With Newcastle manager Alan Pardew recently blaming a spate of nay-saying in the local press for cultivating the current hostilities toward him and his ailing side among the Toon Army, Tyneside-based tabloid Sunday Sun responded with a cracking, full-page “apology” to begin their sport section this morning…
