Neymar takes his instructions to ‘crush South Korea’ a little too literally

Despite a brief period of early South Korean dominance and a largely crap first half, Brazil more or less sauntered through to the Olympic final with a comfortable 3-0 win at Old Trafford courtesy of a goal from Romulo and a second-half double from Leandro Damiao – who now sits pretty at the top of the scoring charts having taken his tournament tally to six.

Brazil will now play Mexico (who put Japan out in the other semi) in the Gold Medal Match at Wembley on Saturday afternoon.
