Photos: Notts County 1-0 Rochdale – Magpies Edge Closer To League Two Title

By Ollie Irish

First > second. County stretches its lead at the top of League Two to four points over Rochdale, and with a game in hand; the title is surely on its way to Notts. Magpies fans must be delighted, but many have questioned the high level of County’s spending this season, with critics accusing the club of buying promotion.

In-form striker Lee Hughes scored the only goal of a game that the home side deserved to win. It was his 31st goal of the season. Most impressive by the slapheaded ex-con.
