See If You Can Guess The Three-Man Ballon d’Or Shortlist – Go On, We Double Dare You…

By Chris Wright

Yep, it’s these three infuriatingly consistent gits – Messi, Ronaldo and N.E. Other; third place this time around going to N.E. Esta (thanks to Pies fan @joehoot for that delightful pun!)…

Boring, boring Ballon d’Or-ing! Shame on them for all being so tediously elite.

One day Oscar will win that award, mark my words.

  2. SteveK says:

One Man Went to Mow, I presume you weren’t at Stamford Bridge last night then?

  3. KYle says:

Too hard to judge. Messi and Ronaldo both deserve it.

  4. One Man Went to Mow says:

Yes I was, also a Chelsea fan not booing Rafa, but that’s beside the point.

Oscar is only 20 years old and already the no. 10 for Brazil and a crucial cog for the European Champions he is also heading into a home World Cup, surely the opportunity is there for the taking.

  5. marajonna says:

Messi puts his talent down to his incredibly long middle finger. Improves balance or something.

  6. Foran44 says:

    @marajonna

Haha…didn’t know what you were on about for a minute!

  7. Jarren says:

Messi’s finger does seem to be semi-aroused.

  8. C says:

If Igor Biscan doesn’t win, then that is the final proof that both FIFA and UEFA is corrupted.

  9. sloth says:

I would have liked to see Pirlo in place of Iniesta, but it’s hard to make a legitimate case against him.
