Real Madrid president Florentino Perez may have to make do without the services of Zinedine Zidane next season, who is employed by the Madrid management team as a ‘special advisor’ to the club.

However, it is being reported that Zidane has been in negotiations with the President of Algeria, Abdelaziz Bouteflika, to become the new coach of the Algerian national team after the World Cup in South Africa.

‘Zizou’ (who is of Algerian descent) has apparently asked for time, but is seriously considering Bouteflika’s offer.

It won’t happen. Zizou told Bouteflika that he didn’t have the experience to be a coach. He politely told that he might consider it IN ABOUT 10 YEARS TIME. Bouteflika placed Zizou in an awkward position. What else could he say?

Isnt that what people call the drug dealers around rock stars?

I dont think he will be missed at Real (Im sure Zidane doesnt deserve all the credit for their embarassments against that 4th Div. team) and there isnt much he can offer the woeful Algerians short of helping them spread their conspiracy theories as to why they suck, so this does make sense in a weird way.

“bob builder” err keep your stupid comments to yourself, zinedine zindane is one of the best international players of all time. The fact that you seem to misinterpret that is beyond me. Also, i would have respected your opinion completely if your portryed it in a respectful way, who the hell are you to say that algeria sucks, they’re int he world cup arent they? No one wants to know what you think, last i checked, your not all that up to scratch on your football knowledge so just button it because we don’t want to know…..jerk.
