In a bid to aid people hit by devastating floods in his homeland of Bosnia & Herzegovina, Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic visited a pharmacy in Sarajevo and purchased the entire stock before divvying it out and sending it to those who need it most.

According to Radio Sarajevo, Pjanic was able to make the gesture in conjunction with the Sports Journalists Association, who have been organising a humanitarian effort to help people who have been hit by the freak floods throughout the country.

Back in Bosnia for a training camp with the national team, Pjanic visited a pharmacy in the capital last night and “literally emptied the shelves”, sending out several trucks full of medicine and dressings to the affected towns of Maglaj, Zavidoviće, Željezno Polje, Olovo and others.

Good lad.
