Just when he thought he was out, they go and drag him back in.

Pavel Nedved has reversed his retirement at the grand old age of 45 in order to sign on with amateur Czech side FK Skalna.

The former Ballon d’Or winner was raised in the northern town of Skalna and will join his 18-year-old son, Pavel Junior, on the roster at the seventh-tier team.

According to Football Italia, Juventus have given Nedved special dispensation to join FK Skalna while continuing in his role as vice-chairman of the Bianconeri.

Honestly, it’s sickening. Not only does Nedved look trim as the day he first hung up his boots seven years ago, you could also still run barefoot through that luxurious drift of blonde hair.

Gorgeous.
