While Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi inhabit the most upper of upper echelons of the game, just one floor below you’ll find the great Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who now has quite the collection of magnificent goals. And against Nantes in the Coupe de la Ligue on Tuesday night, the Swedish superstar produced yet another moment of magic. Reacting quickly to Nantes goalie Rémy Riou’s weak clearance, Zlatan fired a perfectly weighted first-time lob over the head of the hapless ‘keeper to give PSG the lead.
The striker netted a brace in the game (including a last-minute winner) to see off Nantes (2-1) and book the Parisians a place in the final. Magic.
