As well as arguably being the J-League’s most naturally gifted player, Sanfrecce Hiroshima striker Hisato Sato is quickly making a name for himself outside of Japan as being the scorer of semi-regular wonder goals – with his outstanding on-the-turn volley against Kawasaki Frontale on Saturday being the latest in a succession of jaw-dropping strikes from the 31-year-old forward.
In fact, you can almost pinpoint the exact moment (0:13) that Sanfrecce’s coach, Hajime Moriyasu, has his tiny mind blown wide open by Sato’s goal…
