Torino’s Ciro Immobile Watches The Ball Come An Awful Long Way Before Dispatching Perfect Volley vs Roma (Video)

By Chris Wright

In almost, dare we say, Di Natale-esque fashion, Torino striker Ciro Immobile had to watch the ball travel an awfully loooooooong way before catching his volley perfectly to send a shot back across Roma ‘keeper Morgan De Sanctis to cancel out Mattia Destro’s opener…

Don’t let the name fool you; Immobile is anything but – currently topping the Serie A goal-scorers chart with 17 and doing his utmost to sneak into Italy’s World Cup squad.

For the record, Roma came back to win 2-1 at the death with Alessandro Florenzi scoring a 91st-minute winner for the Giallorossi.

Now, since we mentioned him in passing up top, it’s only fair that we let you watch this little beauty again…
