Spanish midfielder Isco produced a magnificent late strike on Saturday, a fine effort which rescued a point for title-chasers Real Madrid against Valencia at the Bernebeu.

The visitors stunned the home fans with two goals within the first 26 minutes, with those strikes coming after both Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale had hit the woodwork. Javier Hernandez then became the third Real player to hit the frame of the goal before Ronaldo saw a spot-kick saved just before half-time.

Goals from Pepe and then this cracker Isco did rescue a point for the Madrid giants but the dropping of two precious points now sees them trail league leaders Barcelona by four points with just two games left to play.
