I’ve seen him play. The kid’s not bad, but he’s definitely not the next Sneijder. The right-back, who scored the goal, is a top-class player though. Arsenal should’ve bought him and Stekelenburg this summer.
Christian Eriksen is the Danish national teams’ midfield maestro, and it certainly looks like he’s heading towards a great career. @kct, why rate him next to Sneijder? They barely have the same style of play, let alone nationality. Try comparing him to a Laudrup, that’ll get the wheels turning, and hopefully we’ll see him become the next big thing hailing from Denmark. (Bendter never really became that.)
