Spurs 3-0 Man City, in pictures – Kranjcar wipes smile off Sparky’s face

Mini match report: Unexpectedly terrific performance by Spurs, with Aaron Lennon and especially Niko Kranjcar – who scored twice, either side of a Jermain Defoe strike – in devastating form on the flanks.

City never turned up (Robinho, take a bow), but then Tottenham didn’t allow them to. They also looked like the felt the absence of both Joleon Lescott and Wayne Bridge. Sylvinho, Bridge’s deputy, was terrorised by Lennon, but as I pointed out in a previous post, he had f-all support from the lamentable Robinho.
