Here it is again in black and white…
Keepers: Forster, Hart
Defence: Baines, Cahill, Clyne, Gibbs, Jagielka, Jones, Shaw, Smalling, Walker
Midfield: Barkley, Carrick, Delph, Henderson, Lallana, Milner, Sterling, Townsend, Walcott
Forwards: Kane, Rooney, Sturridge, Welbeck.
With 26 goals in 42 games for Tottenham so far this season, Kane’s inclusion isn’t much of a surprise – though we’d like to have seen Charlie Austin in there too, perhaps at the expense of one of those extraneous midfielders.
Why? Why the hell not.
Little bit surprised to see Ashley Young miss out after a better-than-usual few weeks too – but hey ho, no great loss.
And THREE left-backs? What in the name of blue blazes has Roy got planned there?
Any thoughts Pies fans?
