Tottenham have been drawn against Feyenoord in the last 32 of the Uefa Cup – a repeat of the 1974 final that the Dutch side won 4-2 on aggregate, but may not be able attend the away match. The Uefa Cup game could be held behind closed doors because of possible disciplinary action against the Dutch club.

Feyenoord have been handed a suspended two-match stadium ban after their fans rioted before a game against Nancy but Uefa has appealed against its independent disciplinary tribunal’s decision.
"The reasoning is that there have been so many previous incidents involving Feyenoord," said a Uefa spokesman.
"We are asking the disciplinary commission to reconsider and a more severe penalty for example could be for the sentence not to be suspended."

Newcastle United are to come against Belgian side Zulte-Waregem while Blackburn Rovers must play  a tricky tie against Germany’s Bayer Leverkusen.
Glasgow Rangers will take on Israeli side Hapoel Tel-Aviv and holders Seville face a tough game against Steaua Bucharest, who finished third in their Champions League group.

Teams also found out their potential opponents in the last 16.
Should they win their respective matches, Spurs will play Braga or Parma while Newcastle will come up against Fenerbahce or AZ Alkmaar.
Blackburn could meet Lens or Panathinaikos while Bordeaux or Osasuna will await Rangers.
