The club may be fighting tooth and nail to keep Raheem Sterling out of Man City’s clutches at the moment, but there’s more good news on the incoming front for Liverpool fans this morning.

Indeed, the Reds have successfully brokered a deal to make Bolton goalkeeper Adam Bogdan their third cheapo signing of the summer.

With James Milner and Danny Ings already poised to do likewise, Bogdan will also be joining Liverpool on July 1st on a free transfer when his contract at Bolton elapses….

As well as being incredibly ginger, Bogdon, 27, is a more than capable ‘keeper (far more reliable than the departing Brad Jones) with 19 international caps for Hungary to his name.

Smart, if a little underwhelming, business from ‘Pool.

Liverpool is turning into Newcastle, thanks to the Yanks and Rodgers.

  2. Punchdrunk says:

Adam ‘Bogdon’ will be sadly missed at Bolton. He is an outstanding shot-stopper, however, brace yourselves Liverpool fans. He’s got a clanger or two in him, his prowess in his own area is non-existent and his aerial ability is laughable at times. Constantly injured as well. Other than that, you’ve got yourself a bargain!

    Seriously though, good luck Adam.

Liverpool haven’t learnt the lessons from the past transfer windows. They’re bringing in a lot of average players for decent money instead of signing the bigger name players. they need a marquee signing or two.
