Man City Sign Sunderland Keeper Marton Fulop
By Chris Wright
Sunderland’s reserve ‘keeper Marton Fulop has officially joined Manchester City on an emergency loan to deputise for the injured Shay Given.
Fulop has signed for City on a short-term deal that will only cover the final three games of the season, and the 26-year-old Hungarian will train with his new teams mates for the first time this morning.
A statement on Manchester City’s official website reads;
“We anticipate that Marton Fulop will join us in training on Wednesday and we sincerely thank him and Sunderland AFC for their help in this situation.”
How polite.
