Charlie was saying how the player DJ cambell was offside and the other guy was contradicting him ,and telling him to go to specsavers to get some glasses.
Charlie replied that the other guy should at least wear his glasses , as he does not for fear of being slagged off .
simple when you understand “weegie”.

British accents are not that difficult if you just watch the mouth of the speaker. Yanks all talk through their noses which makes it all samey .
