Small update so far as Charlie Adam’s impending £8.5 million move (£7 million up front, with a further £1.5 million payable to Blackpool in various performance-based clauses) to Liverpool is concerned: the Scot passed a medical at Melwood last night, is in the process of rubber-stamping his personal terms and will be officially signed up in good time to leave for China and Malaysia with his new teammates on Sunday morning.
