A week or so after Braga’s Champions League game against Manchester United was interrupted by floodlight failure, somebody forgot to stick 50p in the lecky metre before Moreirense’s Taca de Portugal (Portuguese Cup) tie with Benfica…
The game was halted by sudden-onset darkness with the score at 0-1, with Benfica then adding another to end the night 0-2 winners after the floodlights came back on.
