Must credit the steward for his (sore) cojones for fearlessly taking on the fence immediately after his troubles with a mere advertising hoarding.
For me, the steward was more the aggressor, going in studs up. Hoarding could’ve done better than to submarine him but on balance a good non-call. Old school football, I call it.
