Richard Swarbrick’s Gorgeous Lionel Messi ‘Player Of The Year’ Tribute In Conjunction With Adidas (Video)

After his lucious re-imagining of Gareth Bale’s single-handed deconstruction of Inter started gaining him a bit of traction it seems that everyone wants a piece of football artist Richard Swarbrick these days, and Adidas are the latest to snafu his talents – commissioning a ‘Player of the Year’ tribute video for Lionel Messi, which Swarbs (as we’re sure no-one calls him) as produced in his usual gorgeous style…

    It seems that Adidas have, after some years now, finally worked out a way to incorporate recognisable references to Barca (sponsored by Nike) and the goals Messi has scored for Barca without having to show the Nike logo or deal with image rights / copyrights.

    Not to mention the fact that the advert is class. Well done.
