Celtic Manager Neil Lennon Hands SPL Winner’s Medal To Young Girl In The Crowd (Video)

By Chris Wright

In what was possibly a telling indictment of just how piss-easy it was to win it this year, Celtic manager Neil Lennon sidled over to the crowd and gladly handed his SPL winner’s medal to a young girl as The Bhoys paraded the trophy around Celtic Park following their final home game of the season against St Johnstone (they won 4-0) yesterday…

Either that or Lennon’s just a nice guy. Feel free to delete as applicable.

I can’t believe you actually get a medal and a trophy for winning the Scottish Pub League

  5. joe says:

@WSmith: There’s chocolate inside the medal, and the trophy can also be acquired by getting a happy meal at Micky D’s

  6. Gary says:

For real. I could manage Celtic through a SPL campaign and never do anything other than play with my tallywacker.

  7. MrMickDee says:

He gave his medal away last year, when Rangers were in the league, as well (fail).
