The little lad in question looks around 10-years-old, but sitting on his dad’s (presumably) shoulders, he hushes the PSV crowd during the club’s friendly with local side Eindhoven FC before leading the fans in a boisterous chant which culminates in a bit of mad jumping around.

What the boy and the fans are singing is beyond me, but the lad certainly doesn’t lack confidence. Oh and Eredivisie giants PSV won the derby game 3-0, by the way.

  1. Dave says:

Not at all fluent in Dutch but I can make out something along the lines of “C’mon you boys in red” at times. It is in the title of the video as well and we all know the internet (and Youtube specifically) never lies.

  2. TravisKOP says:

Tis nothing! this kid is obviously trying to be as cool as the Celtic kid from a few seasons ago

  3. Joe says:

I AM fluent in Dutch, he’s saying ‘Let’s use some more illegal state funding to waste on terrible players and finish behind Ajax for the fifth time in a row!’. Dutch chants tend to be a bit wordy, you see. And PSV are Dutch football’s worst joke.

  4. Dusty says:

No harm to PSV fans but this is just a carbon copy of what has been happening at Celtic Park for a few seasons now.

PS. Celtic do it better :P

  5. Thommy says:

    I find this quite pathetic.
As a former Amsterdammer, (Now back to England) I know that PSV always tends to copy chants.

You hear many chants that were also sung by FcTwente first and then copied by PSV

  6. Bart says:

Joe, Cry me a River boohoohoo

  7. Dennis says:

You’re talking sh*te. The PSV fans might not be the most vocal bunch but stealing FC Twente songs? The club who are raping You’ll never walk alone every fortnight.

  8. Thommy says:

I aint talking about what the Club management does at the start of each match
I was talking about what the fans do.. The fact that they play YNWA should be punished indeed cause it is supposed to stay in Liverpool
