Madrid Derby Vines: Pepe Dives As Only Pepe Can, Livid Atletico Staff Member Attempts To Batter Referee…

Spotted during the borderline unwatchable Madrid derby earlier this evening, here’s Real Madrid’s sub-human scum centre-half Pepe doing what he does best in a bid to get Atletico Madrid’s Diego Godin – spiralling to the floor like a dying mayfly after pretending to take a clout to the face shortly before half-time…

On the eve of the Oscars as well. How fitting.

As the generally abhorrent debacle farted on, we were then treated to Atleti assistant German Burgos being restrained by his colleagues as he sought to wade onto the pitch and batter the referee for one reason or another…

*Sigh*

La Liga really is the pits sometimes.

    The match was excellent

  2. Rob says:

And of course Pepe will get absolutely no punishment from UEFA as they have no balls, so he’ll continue to do it every week

  3. De Castilla says:

@Cosa, Which part? It was embarrassing from start to finish. 22 cheats. Never more than a few minutes before someone fell down and all hell broke loose!

  4. Pepe Le Pew says:

Is there, in fact, a bigger piece of shit than Pepe in the world of football today? The “classicos” in La Liga have become all but unwatchable with a few exceptions since a few notable Portuguese personalities came to town to exert their influence. Give me the era of Paulo Futre and Luis Figo any day.

the match was an embarrassment to football Spanish referees should be punished for not enforcing rules. al it was was diving, fouling and ref harassment all game

  6. Bazz says:

    Didn’t know Zabaleta was a part-time ref.

  7. One Man Went to Mow says:

I thought this was all Mourinho’s fault and that once he left Spain they would never again be blighted by this sort of thing?

  8. Nuno says:

@One Man… The Barça – Real games are a bit more watchable now that Mourinho has left, but against Atletico are worse because when you have someone like Simeone to set examples to players and tell them what to do, Atletico will play like thugs.
Example, Atletico’s game against Milan was disgraceful, they did countless fouls in the first half, mostly over Balotelli until they literally injured him out of the game. So when a team of thugs meets a team of Pepe and Sergio Ramos… (it’s innate in them…)

    ^^ THAT ^^

Pepe dives as only Pepe can ? I don’t think so…..you’re forgetting about Suarez.

  11. Tito says:

I actually thought the ref did a good job in this one. He did not blow the whistle for a lot of the diving and feigned injuries. I loved how he would let the game go on until whoever was pretending to be injured decides it’s not worth it and just gets up and goes on with the game
