Colombia produced a vibrant attacking display against Greece on Saturday, with the South Americans deservedly running out 3-1 winners. With Juan Cuadrado, James Rodriguez and Victor Ibarbo pulling the strings behind Teofilo Gutierrez, the Greeks struggled to match their opponents’ energy and creativity. Cuadrado, a target for Europe’s big guns this summer, set up two of his side’s three goals, with ex-West Ham defender Pablo Armero and Rodriguez scoring following the Fiorentina winger’s good work. In between those two goals, Radamel Facao-replacement Teofilo Gutierrez netted from close-range.

Greece did create a few chances themselves, with Theofanis Gekas heading against the crossbar from point-blank range but overall the European side were second best on the day.
