KSC Lokreren 1-0 Hull City – Europa League Qualifiers 1st Leg – 21th August 2014
Hull have it all to do in the second leg of their Europa League play-off game after going down 1-0 away at Lokeren. Goalkeeper Allan McGregor, usually a rock for the Tigers, was the villain of the piece for the visitors, passing straight to Hans Vanaken who round the ‘keeper and fired home.
That goal came just before the hour-mark but for long periods of the game, Steve Bruce’s side looked comfortable. However, the Tigers failed to make the most of their chances in front of goal and now face a tricky game in the second leg on August 28th.
