LA Galaxy Striker Robbie Keane Provides Best/Worst Assist in History Of Football (Video)

 By Alan Duffy

Robbie Keane is certainly enjoying himself in MLS and judging by this ‘assist’ even the Irishman’s mistakes end up reaping rewards.

Here, an appalling airshot ends up setting up Keane’s LA Galaxy team-mate Marcelo Sarvas who fired home. Either this was the cleverest assist in the history of football (it wasn’t) or a very amusing bit of luck.

The Galaxy went on to win the game against the Vancouver Whitecaps 2-0. Well done Robbie!

And here’s a vine of the ‘assist’ as well…

haha – yesss. Glad to see the “unidentified fan” moniker sticking.
Not impressed with UF not even bothering to celebrate when he saw his team mate score.
