Swansea City 1-1 Crystal Palace – Premier League – 29th November 2014

Midfield enforcer Mile Jedinak continued his superb goal-scoring run with his fifth in eight games for Crystal Palace in an entertaining game at the Liberty Stadium.

Wilfried Bony had opened the scoring  on 15 minutes after a fine opening spell by the hosts but just 10 minutes later Jedinak converted a spot-kick to level the scores. That goal came after Marouane Chamakh had been felled in the box by Jonjo Shelvey but it was fair reward for the Eagles who grew into the game. In the second period, Garry Monk’s men had chances to win the game but ultimately Palace stood firm to secure an impressive point on the road.

Swansea find themselves seventh, with Neil Warnock’s Palace 14th.
