If you thought David Luiz’s own-goal against West Brom was a cool, composed finish then wait till you witness this little beauty, as notched by Serbian defender Zarko Udovicic.
Turning out for Polish side Zaglebie Sosnowiec in a pre-season friendly, Udovicic found himself under pressure out down in the left-hand corner of the pitch.
However, rather than simply honking it out for a throw-in, our hero decided to cut in from the touchline and send a magnificent ‘shot’ past his own befuddled goalkeeper from the narrowest of angles…
Sure enough, Udovicic’s beautiful own-goal put Zaglebie Sosnowiec 2-1 down before they went on to lose the game 3-1 overall.
Fine work. Fine, fine work.
