Championship high-flyers Brighton secured yet another win, away to Bristol City on Saturday, with midfielder Steve Sidwell scoring an incredible goal from inside the centre circle.
Sidwell’s wonder-strike came after just 13 minutes of the second-tier clash at Ashton Gate, with the former Arsenal and Chelsea man (sounds strange to say it out loud, doesn’t it?) spotting Richard O’Donnell off his line before executing the perfect long-range lob…
WHAT A GOAL!
Sidwell from MILES out!

After netting the wonder-goal, Sidwell dedicated the goal to team-mate Anthony Knockaert, who lost his father this week, by holding aloft the Brighton player’s No. 11 jersey.
What an amazing goal and lovely gesture from Sidwell!
