‘Bit Of Glute Work’ – Storm Doris Forces Falkirk Defender To Train On Gridlocked, Snow-Bound Motorway (Video)

With Storm Doris battering the British Isles, the M80 motorway between Stirling and Glasgow was shut in both directions on Thursday morning due to snow and heavy winds.

Among the many folks stranded in their vehicles on their way to work was Falkirk captain David McCracken, though the 35-year-old centre-half refused to let the weather rob him of his training session.

Instead, McCracken grabbed his emergency resistance band from the glove compartment and staged his very own impromptu workout right there on the gridlocked tarmac…

Nothing like a bit of sub-zero glute work to get the blood pumping.
