Leeds United were dumped out of the FA Cup third round after throwing away a one-goal lead at League Two side Newport County on Sunday. However, before the kick-off, the travelling fans were given a boost by a Leeds-supporting local policeman.
The copper in question led the away support in a Leeds chant, covering his mouth for the expletives and applauding the crowd at the end.

Probably a good way to diffuse any tension in the stands.

Although one wonders what the Newport fans think of the policeman in question.
Mind you, with their side securing an 89th minute win courtesy of Shawn McCoulsky’s cracking header, they’ll surely forgive him!
What a result for the Exiles!
