World Cup Video: David Pleat Says ‘Au Revoir’ To Italy – Yes, To Italy

Brilliant. A classic Pleatball! The brief pause as Pleat’s tiny English brain struggles to conjure up the Italian for ‘goodbye’ (‘ciao’ or ‘arrivederci’ would have done the job, Dave) is probably my favourite part.

Ah, we breed our pundits like we breed our footballers – ie. with very little intelligence.
